Hollimon, P.A., is a Tallahassee based, boutique law firm that focuses on intellectual property. Our goal is twofold: first, help our clients understand the value of their ideas; and second, help our clients implement cost effective strategies to protect those ideas.

We also provide litigation services related to protecting your intellectual property, and we focus on trademark challenges before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. We represent clients before the Florida Public Service Commission, and other administrative agencies.

We also provide mediation services – concentrating on the mediation of complex commercial disputes and those involving intellectual property.
